GOOD NEWS - A DAY OF WORSHIP
A Celebration of Joy and Grace: FGANC- A DAY OF WORSHIP AWAKENING
October 19, 2026
On October 19, 2026, during the Hong Kong public holiday, FGANC joyfully hosted its annual "A DAY OF WORSHIP AWAKENING" This year’s event was themed "Good News." Filled with the presence of God, the congregation gathered to experience a special day profoundly touched by the Holy Spirit. The event kicked off with powerful praise led by our English Ministry Worship Team. Filled with the Holy Spirit, the worship team ushered everyone into an inspiring atmosphere of passionate worship.
During the worship, our Senior Pastor David Yeonjoong Kim shared a brief yet powerful message, revealing what the "Gospel-the Good news". The service reached a powerful moment during the prayer time—the Pastor led the congregation in prayer and laid hands on brothers, sisters, and new friends to pray over them. Deeply touched and comforted by the GOD Father's overflowing love, many were moved to tears, and the room was filled with warmth and the anointing of the Holy Spirit.
And then the choir delivered beautiful and uplifting songs, while the dance ministry presented vibrant, gifted performances, glorifying God’s greatness and love through diverse artistic expressions.
We are truly grateful that more than 30 new friends accepted our invitation and joined us for this meaningful day. From heart-touching musical worship to warm interactions, our new friends, together with the brothers and sisters of our church family, were immersed in an atmosphere of joy and peace, experiencing the love of God and the warmth of our community.
Following the powerful worship and performances, our Women's Ministry prepared a delicious dinner for all brothers, sisters, and new guests, featuring favorites such as fried chicken, dumplings, and a variety of wonderful dishes. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the deaconesses for their hard work and selfless service, allowing everyone to enjoy both spiritual music and delicious food in sweet fellowship.
We praise God for bestowing upon us such a wonderful day filled with joy, grace, and touch!
May God continue to guide and bless FGANC Church, and bless every brother and sister who served and participated. Looking ahead, we eagerly anticipate next year's event, praying that even more new friends will join us to hear the Good News and share in God’s immense love!
